CareerFindr started as a tool we built for ourselves. We were tired of pasting JDs into chatbots, copying bullets back into Google Docs, and pretending a spreadsheet counted as an application tracker.
We wanted one place that knew our story — every role, every project, every skill — and could turn it into a tailored resume, a real cover letter, and a shortlist of jobs worth applying to. Not a generator. A career partner.
